DAY 27 - Ride the Rollers - No-S Diet

The diet has been slow and steady the last week or so. Funny enough I have been the exact same weight for 3 days. I am going to try to finish strong for this little last push of the month.

I have met my goal of being able to ride the rollers with clipless pedals for 30 minutes.

DAY 24 - Ride the Rollers - No-S Diet

I still struggle with the weight (this seemed so much easier in the past) but the rollers are pretty easy now. I put too much pressure in my hands and wrist. I assume that this is because they do not change position much and that there is no wind to help keep your torso up. When I used to ride a motorcycle (a sport bike - bent over riding position) my wrists would hurt riding around town. Once I was out on the highway the wind would take a lot of weight off of your wrists. Same thing I imagine.

DAY 17 - Ride the Rollers - No-S Diet

My weight was the lowest that it has been on a Tuesday this year and I rode the rollers for 30 minutes this morning. I'm on a roll this week.

DAY 16 - Ride the Rollers - No-S Diet

This is the lowest that my weight has been on a Monday all year. In addition, my body fat percentage has also been down for 2 days in a row. I guess that is what happens when you don't go completely freak'n nuts-O on the weekends (at least not on both days).

I did not ride the rollers this weekend - I spent a lot of time out side.
