DAY 30 - NO-S DIET

That is an ugly chart above. The weight has really bounced around. I have cheated too many times. I also believe that the off peak week of training has played a major role. This has been a recovery week - training hours have dropped from a high last week of just over 12 hours to about 8 hours this week. However, I have eaten the same amount. On a positive, I have diversified my work day eating routine. I have been preparing meals in advance and taking them into work. I had previously completely relied on oatmeal, protein powder and tuna. I am going to continue the diet and get down to my 'racing' weight.
