I was able to ride the rollers with clipless pedals for 30 minutes this morning. I had to break it up into 3 sets of 10 minutes. I tried a couple of times to ride one handed so that I could wipe the sweat from my brow. This was not an easy task and almost resulted in a spill on a couple of occasions. I have a lot of days left in the month to perfect the roller riding. I eventually would like to be able to pull my water bottle and drink from it. Be able to ride with one hand. And finally, be able to ride my triathlon bike in the aero bars.
Still working on the diet. I have to get better during the weekday evenings - these are killing me!
