I know that weighing everyday is counter productive. My weight can easily fluctuate up to 10 pounds on a weekend. This is especially noticeable when I am racing. My weight will drop steadily for race day and then 'jump' back with the recovery.
That being said, I am not sure why my weight jumped 2.6 pounds since yesterday. I understand that I am on S days right now but I did not deviate much from my standard meal plan. I ate my normal oatmeal and stuff. However, I did consume a lot of beans this weekend but they were the fat-free refried variety - bean burritos for dinner last night. The only 'cheats' of the weekend were 2 cookies from the deli (free samples) while grocery shopping and 3 (yeah 3) fiber-one bars. Also had a big bowl of popcorn (air popped with a little no-calorie spray butter) while watching a movie.
I'm not really concerned just surprised at the jump in weight.
