Followed the diet well on Friday. I upped the calories slightly for the work day and executed the plan. Got home and had a good dinner. Some beans and corn. Got a call from some friends who were out at the lake near my house (1/8 mile away). They were having a little 'first week back after the holidays' get together. They had a bonfire going and some adult beverages.
I had to make an appearance. Got home several hours later. The diet no longer a priority - I had a few more beans and corn and a small bowl of oatmeal. Not too crazy by any measure - there are still chocolate chips in the cupboard.
I weighed the lowest of the year this morning, however, the scale indicated that I had 'gained' a body fat percentage. The body fat percentage will come right off I'm sure.
