I have fallen back to my old patterns. As the week has progressed I have gone deeper and deeper into a calorie deficit. Last night I was uncontrollably hungry. I would say at a DEFCON3. I ate more than I should have but did not go to the dark side and eat a bunch of candy or cakes or cookies or other such evil. Instead I had a can a soup and some cereal (left over for the holidays). DEFCON2 would have been to eat the half bag of chocolate chips from making cookies over Christmas and DEFCON1 would have been to drive to the store and buy various bad stuff.
So I felt that I ate and ate and ate but tracking my calories from yesterday it really was not that bad. I SHOULD start to track my calories everyday again but this is really against the simplicity of the NO-S Diet.
