Had a good workout at lunch yesterday (Stadium steps - calves and quads are sore). I also followed the diet without exception. I had my oatmeal for breakfast, tuna with a fiber bar for lunch. That was it! For dinner I had some soup with cheese and crackers. I am sure the soup had high sodium and the crackers are high in fat.
The scale indicated that I was up 0.2 pounds. Total loss for so far is 3 pounds and 2 body fat percentages points.
Still no swimming, but, weather permitting I should be able to get an Open Water Swim (OWS) in this weekend.
