DAY 13 - NO-S DIET

I guess it is mainly water weight. Down 2.4 pounds in one day seems like alot. The swimming pool opened back up yesterday at the gym. I was glad to get back in the water. In addition, I actually got out of bed this morning (first time this year on a work day) and did some training. I had to get the run in so that I could swim at lunch.
