Well, it has taken me all week but I am down to 163.8 (my weight from Saturday). I have switched to eating 3 pretty substantial meals a day and forgoing the snacks. I am not used to eating such large meals but they do seem to satisfy me for longer. I do not have that constant tingling hunger sensation. I ate too much for dinner but it was more out of boredom than anything else. I was waiting around to go somewhere. Even though I knew I would have that full, satiated feeling in a few minutes I continued to eat. On a positive, I did not eat anything after 6:30 PM - this is one of my goals.
My body fat percentage did go up one point but I take that at face value. The bio-impedance scales can only track a trend. From past experience I know that there are just too many factors that can affect that reading. For example, it will always read a lower number if I get on the scale just after a shower. I guess that is from your skin being fully hydrated.
