DAY 15 - NO-S DIET

Although I have not been following the Monday through Friday portion of the No-S Diet to the letter I am making progress. I believe that it is better to follow a plan loosely than to have no plan at all. I have lost 5 pounds now since the start of the year. I do not think that this rate of weight loss can be maintained (besides I don't have that much weight to lose). I am still on schedule to be at my goal weight of 155 by my Ironman 70.3 race on April 5th.

As a side note, I am not being as bad on the S-Days as I thought that I might be. I've been pretty happy with the plan so far.
