I am continuing to eat three larger meals a day. It is obvious that I am not getting the required amount of calories in each of these meals to satisfy my needs. I am still losing weight - which is the goal - but I am not following the plan. The last two nights I have eaten about one thousand extra calories after my last meal. I'm just hungry yet I continue to lose weight. This extra one thousand calories could be better spent with more nutritious food items.
I need to get a better handle on my caloric needs so that I do not eat the extras each evening.
I realize that I am continuing to lose weight because my exercise has increased and I am not consuming sweets (cookies, cakes, etc). The foundation for complete success has been laid - time to just execute it now.
