Looking at the above chart it is obvious that I do not consume enough calories during my typical Monday through Friday work day. Yesterday I ran 7.5 miles in the morning and swam 2000 yards at lunch. I only ate a little over 1000 calories. I was starving all afternoon but did not want to eat anything because I knew that I would eat bad that evening. Friday nights have become Sridays. I have been going to dance socials and there are hors devours provided. Not good stuff but cookies, brownies, cheese, crackers, etc.
However, looking at my daily consumption I am simply setting myself up to fail. I need to have more quality food during the day to better off set the evenings.
