Up 3.4 pounds since Friday. I am amazed at how my weight fluctuates. These S-days (in my opinion) have not been that bad. Yes they are bad but I am not eating tubs of ice cream and cookies. And it is not like I become sedentary on the weekends. Depending on the week in the training plan I sometimes do much, much more volume. Yesterday I did not do a lot of hours of exercise but I did have a 'key' workout swim session. I swam 4000 yards for the first time ever. I was exhausted when I was done. More tired that I thought that I would be.
I had chips and salsa with dinner last night. I am sure the sodium has an effect on my weight. I am down 1 body fat percentage.
