DAY 19 - NO-S DIET

Yesterday was a true S-Day. Homemade tollhouse cookies late last night. I really wanted them and had all of the ingredients in house. I ate the whole half batch in about an hour. My weight was down 1 pound this morning only because of the long run (11 miles) and long bike ride (42 miles) that I did yesterday afternoon.

Today is a holiday but I am going to try my best to treat this as a NON S-day. It is easier for me to keep to schedule while at work (limited food selection) but I will be diligent today.
