So yesterday was a holiday but not an S-day. There were no sweets, no seconds, no snacks, no vodka, no boones farm, or the like. There was oatmeal. There was tofu stir fry. There was fat free beans and corn.
And the scale indicates that I gained 3.8 pounds in one day. This not only erases all the weight lost year to date but adds two tenths of a pound. Now I know that this is not 'real' weight (the stir fry was salty) - but come on.
I firmly believe that I will drop back down to the low 160's by the end of the week. Training wise this is a very high volume week (over 13 hours) and that will burn über calories.
The only highlight is that the body fat percentage did not bump up.
