DAY 22 - NO-S DIET

Another 2 pounds down for a total of 6.2 year to date. Once again there was no sweets. I can't say the same about snacks. Like a broken record - as the week progresses I get more and more in a calorie deficit. It seems that I just cannot get the calorie balance just right. I am also sure that since I started working out twice a day on a regular basis that this has affected my nutrition needs.

This week has also been the highest exercise week year to date. Next week will be much less. It will be interesting to see how my weight changes next week without the high volume. For example the training plan this week calls for 2:45 swim, 8:35 bike, and 2:35 run for a total of 13 hours and 55 minutes - this is in addtion to a few other little strength training sessions that I do. Next week is only 1:30 swim, 2:00 bike and 1:45 run for a total of 7 hours and 45 minutes.
