The first day back to work went well as far as the diet was concerned. I had my oatmeal for breakfast and oatmeal and tuna (separate bowls) for lunch. For dinner I had holiday leftovers - a big plate of Indian food (spinach and potatoes), some black-eyed peas and 2 pitas.
For activity I did a hill run on the treadmill for 30 minutes, strength training of the back and abs for 30 minutes and rode the bike on the trainer at a low cadence for 60 minutes. I had planned on swimming (instead of the run) but the pool is still closed.
However, towards the end of the night I hit the chocolate candy basket. I had not had enough calories for the day. I will have to work on the balance.
The scale tells me I am down 0.2 pounds for a total of 4 pounds since the 1st.
