DAY 13 - Ride the Rollers - No-S Diet

I rode the rollers yesterday for 30 minutes and this morning for 45 minutes. It is getting easier. My standard cadence on the road is in the high 90's. It is harder to keep that cadence on the rollers. At first I would tend to rock a little. I started practicing one minute at a higher cadence (90's) and one minute at a lower cadence (80's). I am getting better and smoother.

On a side note, I am starting to think that the scale is broken. Three days at the same weight!
