DAY 14 - Ride the Rollers - No-S Diet

Well the scale is not broken. I actually had ideas about testing the dang thing - weighing myself with dumb bells or something. Anyway, I am down 5 pounds for the year. If I can lose just one pound per week until my first race I still should reach my goal weight. Today is just a running day but I will probably still practice the rollers for a little bit.
