DAY 16 - Ride the Rollers - No-S Diet

This is the lowest that my weight has been on a Monday all year. In addition, my body fat percentage has also been down for 2 days in a row. I guess that is what happens when you don't go completely freak'n nuts-O on the weekends (at least not on both days).

I did not ride the rollers this weekend - I spent a lot of time out side.
