DAY 27 - Ride the Rollers - No-S Diet

The diet has been slow and steady the last week or so. Funny enough I have been the exact same weight for 3 days. I am going to try to finish strong for this little last push of the month.

I have met my goal of being able to ride the rollers with clipless pedals for 30 minutes.
